In search of an adult dog. House & leash trained. Preferably fixed. MUST get along with cats and children(*cats too*).. Preferably dogs too(my neighbors have dogs and he or she will be sharing the fence line). Would like a large dog.. but no pitbulls or terrier mixes. And before it's even suggested I have contacted several several rescues the majority of which has never gotten back to me and the ones who have have informed me that the information about the dog being good with cats is false and they don't know how it got on there. I recently dealt with Animal Control and thought we found 1 until he attacked another Willing to pay a sensible amount but nothing outrageous. Don't care about AKC, registration, breeding rights, Champion Bloodlines or any of that mess. Just want a family dog. We have the time, the means, and the space.. I am a homemaker so I am home all day, dog would rarely be alone. Willing to meet within reason. Thank you! Located in St. Francois County
