Gutter installation, mainly, not the normal "entry" level installation, which is harder. Even though it is easier, it is still going up ladders, moving them around and being in the heat. Therefore someone with stamina and resistance is needed. We offer: *$22/hour, with possibility of payment increase *Reasonable unpaid time off for emergencies / appointments / etc. *Team environment (fellow contractors will know how terrible and abusive employers tend to be in this line of work. We are employee oriented and we will treat them as we want to be treated *Training provided, no experience in this field necessary, an extra trade under your belt. *Weekends off, no surprise shifts nor making you chose between your job or your well deserved time off to unwind, we will not abuse and burn you out *Performance bonus by the end of the year *Miles $0.5/mile for outside of San Antonio jobs *If OT is needed, after 40 weekly hours, paid at 1.5 Besides searching a team member, our goal is to develop someone to take over and become a supervisor (of course pay will increase when responsibilities increase) What we need: *Someone who is wanting to start ASAP *Social Security number *ID *Filled W-9 (if this is your first year as a contractor, you can deduct from taxes $5,000 in equipment from taxes) (IRS also lets you deduct miles and restaurants) *Handyman insurance (NEXT insurance is the one we use, it is around $50/month only, but it will cover any damage done to a customer's house) *No fear to heights (much of the job is on top of ladders) *Endurance (capacity to withstand outside work and going up and down ladders and moving them around) *Reliable transportation to get to the jobsite If interested, please contact us.
