Frame an 8 ft by 6 ft wall with a 24' pre-hung door to section off basement room. Bottom of wall must be secured to concrete floor. Cover with drywall, add trim, and make paint ready. You will close off the opening in the first picture with door access into the room. This is a days work so your estimate should reflect.
