Job Description Citadel Contracting, LLC is a general building contractor located in Moscow, ID. We are looking to hire a full-time crew lead for an in-house framing crew. Citadel’s framing crew will serve as the framer for all jobs Citadel is general contractor for (both residential and commercial). Citadel will also subcontract its framing crew to other general contractors during periods when Citadel does not require framing. When Citadel has no framing jobs, or needs additional manpower for other building tasks, the Framing Crew Lead and his crew may be temporarily reassigned to non-framing construction tasks. Qualifications Applicant should be an experienced framer who: - Can complete all aspects of framing (reading plans, keeping your crew busy, maintaining quality control) with little to no assistance from Citadel’s project supervisors. - Can frame at a 1,000 square-foot/week pace with a crew of three (in addition to the framing lead). - Our eventual goal with a crew dedicated only to framing is to be able to frame 2,000 square feet per week for standard home designs. Compensation - When framing: paid per square foot of framing (rate TBD based on experience and ability). - When not framing: $25-$35/hr depending on experience. - Total annual comp package for a qualified candidate will be $80 - $100K Benefits We provide Moscow-based employees with a medical subscription to direct-primary-care provider Story Family Medicine. Employees are also provided with 80 hours of paid vacation annually, as well as 40 hours of paid sick leave annually. In addition, employees will have a week of paid vacation during Christmas.
