Looking for a Foreman with asphalt paving experience to lead a crew and work alongside them. Reporting to the project manager, to complete projects within time frame and budget. The foreman should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role with knowledge of the paving industry and equipment used. Able to delegate duties to crew members. Ensure equipment is used correctly and safely. Manage quality control of the project. Keep project manager's updated on projects. Able to work and direct crew members at the same time. Keep track of materials needed on job site. Established Growing Company. Medical, Sick pay, Vacation pay. Fulltime position Monday- Friday
