Site Supervisor/Foreman

We are a small General Contracting Firm that is looking for someone to fill the need of a Site Supervisor and/or Foreman. Since recently starting my own Design-Build construction company most of my energy and bandwidth are being taken up. Bids, estimates, permitting, scheduling, sales, accounting, taxes, etc., essentially my role as a project manager is being stretched into too many arenas that work in the field is grinding to a halt. I enjoy swinging a hammer and putting on my bags but that's not my reality anymore. Therefore, this would be a great position for someone looking to slow down, stay in the field, and not deal with the nitty-gritty office detail side of the industry. There are a couple of other employees in need of a good teacher and skilled master that can pass on years of wisdom and knowledge to the next generation of contractors.
