Part time Handyman/Painter job available to assist Owner on jobs. Must have own transportation and some tools to complete jobs. Qualifications: -At least 3-5 years experience in the trades (painting, drywall installation/repair, minor electrical, rough carpentry, some tile and flooring) -Must be able to take direction well and be reliable -Able to lift 50 lbs -Able to be on a ladder -Must clear a background check -Must be able to be legally employed in the US Pay depends on experience.
