Work on various interior & exterior apartment projects which include: cleaning, painting, landscaping, and carpentry. Located at three separate locations.
Prepare vacant units for future renters.
General Maintenance of all properties.
Must be able to lift, climb ladders, bend, dig, trim, shovel, rake, stand and snow removal as needed.
Hours vary depending on the weather and the work load.
You would be put on the payroll.
Must have your own transportation to travel between properties.
3 years experience required.
