“Guided Steps Preservation is seeking new subcontractors to complete Field Inspection work orders in north Georgia." (No experience needed) Field Inspectors, notary agents, insurance adjusters, loan signers, etc. with prior experience in verifying and making letter deliveries is a plus. You also must have the following: -able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check. -valid drivers license with auto insurance -Fuel efficient, reliable vehicle -iPhone or Android phone with camera & Geo tagging GPS functionality; ideally with 4G or similar type camera -Reliable desktop or laptop with high speed internet access ​-Tips: Downloading Microsoft Streets and Trips software or other mapping software, to help you optimize inspector’s driving route (not required)-A GPS unit (e.g. Garmin) or smart phone to help navigate to properties -must be able willing to learn Work Order software -must be able to utilize email -must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision -must be willing to work at least 5 days a week, preferably 6 -Most of the inspections are occupancy inspections(visually verify someone still lives at a property), there are occasional interviews (verification of who lives at the property by trying to make contact with a property occupant), there are some interior vacancy walk-thrus (typically photos of each interior room), an occasional insurance loss draft (verifying status of a construction project, e.g. taking picture of a repaired roof) and other types of inspections.
