Hello! I own a small real estate company and we manage 200+ rentals in the Phoenix area and are looking for a good reliable experienced handyman. I am able to do $30 an hour for handyman work. I need someone who is experienced and does not need us to pay you half of the job costs upfront to get work completed. We have lots of work for a good experienced handyman and can keep you very busy.
