We work all year round every year. It's now Spring time and we are doing Decks, gutters, soffit and Fascia, etc. but decks are our bread and butter. We move the right individual around for the right project. If your capable and a desire to be a leader, Promotions are all from within. We are a full service, small remodeling company that works in Stone and Taney counties, all around Table Rock lake. You don't have to check into the office everyday, just be on the jobsite at starting time. We are looking for multiple individuals to add to our crews. You Must have a working alarm clock, reliable transportation, a clear head, and some knowledge/tools for building. You MUST be able to read a tape measure correctly all the time. We work Monday-Friday 8-4 EVERYDAY. If you cant work everyday, you probably will not be with us long. If your ready to go and willing to give 100%, you can make a solid living. We pay every Friday, and don't hold back pay starting out. All pay is subcontractor basis. We do not withhold Govt taxes. Its up to you to take care of that. We have never missed a payroll Friday in 15 years. We don't plan on starting now. If you live in Springfield, it will be and hour minimum each way on a daily basis FYI depending on jobsite. If you live in Stone county or Taney county, we might be working on your street! Money.. How much?? Always the question of the day. Its why most of us crawl outta' bed every morning. Every person I speak with tells me they are the best. They tell me they have been doing this for many, many years. I have never hired an individual that says "Hey, I'm horrible!" If your pretty green in the field, I may be willing to give you a chance to see if your teachable. Everybody needs a chance and has to start someplace. If you've been in the business for years and looking to move to a company not ran by a bunch of Yahoos, and have some credible experience, tools, etc., your going to make more money. Its my job to sort these people out. Starting pay will be $15-$20 hr. but it all depends on you. My best reference are the guys that work with us. Once getting started, talk to the other guys about how things work. The guys get bonusses, some paid holidays, Christmas extras, and appreciation for a job well done. Simply ask them about it.
