Apply Now: Diversified Inc.  We are a unique construction company, specializing in commercial construction, remodel, apartment turnovers, commercial cleaning and more.  Material Runner This position will be driving a company truck and trailer. Must have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license. Must be able to load and unload truck with little or no assistance. Must have a phone to communicate daily duties with the supervisor.  The right person will have a “can do attitude” and high level of work ethic. We are a growing company so there will be room for advancement for the right person.  Responsibilities: Deliver materials daily to job sites. Pick up supplies at the appropriate vendor. Load and off load materials. Pick up any unused materials from job sites. Track purchases, receipts, hours worked etc. to submit to office manager. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must maintain a clean driving record during the employment period. Physical strength to lift and move packages of materials that may weigh up to 100 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or crouch for extended periods. Ability to work outside.
