Weekend Maintenance Position in Upscale Condominium Association The Essex & Sussex Condominium Association is an Active Adult private, luxury seaside community committed to offering the highest level of community living in a beautiful, well-maintained environment for the benefit and enjoyment of residents and their guests. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Worker to work alongside our Maintenance Supervisor to help keep this beautiful building well-maintained. Applicants must have work experience and trades or a maintenance background. Performed routine maintenance includes but not limited to trash, minor plumbing, painting, janitorial and grounds maintenance. Must be able to life 75 pounds. Scheduled shift Saturday, Sunday's and Holidays, 8:00am-4:30pm. WEEKEND SCHEDULE ONLY. However, this may include some weekdays if needed to fill in from time to time
