Alliance Industrial Solutions is searching for exceptional Construction GeneralLaborers to join the team of our exclusive waterproofing partner located in Macedonia, Ohio! Our partner in waterproofing is a full-service company that handles waterproofing issues ranging from patching cracks to rebuilding basements. This partner also offers many opportunities for growth within the company as well as bonus opportunities! The Construction General Laborer position in Macedonia, Ohio is responsible for manual and general laborer duties as assigned. Candidates will have a solid understanding of general construction site equipment, material handling, and heavy lifting. Successful candidates will be inspired and excited to work at multiple job sites and customer locations throughout the workweek. This is a full-time Monday-Friday direct hire position. Construction General Laborer Pay and Benefits: - $125 per day, paid weekly - Full benefits package including PTO, health insurance, dental, and vision after a brief probationary period Construction General Laborer Shift: - 1st shift: Monday through Friday - (actual shift times will vary depending on the worksite and customer needs) Construction General Laborer Duties/ Qualifications: - 6 months of construction and/or general laborer experience is preferred - Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs unassisted - Ablity to perform repetitive tasks - Ability to stand for a full shift - Ability to work in various environments (outdoors/indoors/hot/cold) - Experience with construction machinery (jackhammers, power tools, etc) is welcomed!
