Water gardens and weed in downtown Ithaca

I am looking for someone to take care of the landscaping at Franklin Market, a plaza at the corner of Route 13 and Third Street. Red Feet Wine Market and Papa Johns are located in it. There is a small side garden with perennials on Third Street as well as seasonal flower boxes and planters around the property. I am looking for help weeding, planting annuals, deadheading, mulching and watering plants starting immediately and through early November. Ideally, this person would live downtown as you'll need to stop by a few days a week to do the watering (about one hour each time). If it's raining a lot, you may only need to come by twice a week whereas if it's really dry and hot, it may need to be four times a week. The right candidate will appreciate flowers and be a self-starter who will take care of these items as needed and in a preventative manner, so that everything stays healthy and moist. You'll be guided on what needs to be done, but then will mostly have ownership of the project. I would also like you to go around the parking lot and pick up trash (using gloves or a broom and upright dustpan) that has blown around as well as sweep the porch or help with tidying up the property twice a month (probably an hour's work each time if we keep up on it). This is the perfect job for a high school student or anyone older than that who lives in the neighborhood or in close proximity downtown.
