Part-Time Janitorial Position Immediate Opening Location: Riverside National Cemetery Salary: $15.06 Hourly; Plus $4.22/hour for Health and Welfare. Benefits: * Vacation - 10 days after 1st year anniversary * Holiday Pay - 10 days/yr * Sick Pay - per Federal guidelines Work Hours: • Part-Time: M-F 3:30pm – 10pm • Must be able to work weekends and all Federal holidays if needed. • Must be okay with working either morning or evening shifts if needed. This position requires a highly reliable and highly flexible individual with the ability to perform quality work without direct supervision. Previous janitorial experience preferred. Must have a positive, team-oriented attitude. Respectful communication and outstanding interpersonal skills and behavior are mandatory for this position. Duties include but are not limited to: - High and low dusting - Replenishing restroom supplies - Cleaning offices and restrooms - Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must demonstrate a proper understanding of safety and sanitation standards, chemical use, and Personal Protective Equipment.
