We are looking for a skilled Custodian to maintain the cleanliness, overall appearance, and safety of our building on a day-to-day basis, from routine cleaning, like sweeping and dusting, to building maintenance, like painting, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work. Some of the tasks you'll handle include: • Cleaning all areas of the building including but not limited to offices, restrooms, kitchen, conference rooms, warehouse, and manufacturing areas; following enhanced COVID-19 cleaning and disinfecting protocol in shared spaces • Regularly emptying trash receptacles throughout the building • Performing routine maintenance and repairs that do not require a specialized or licensed technician, i.e., painting, repairing drywall, minor plumbing, changing light bulbs and fixtures, etc. • Assisting with assembly, moving, or disassembly of furniture, fixtures, or equipment when necessary • Ensuring break rooms and conference rooms are kept tidy, particularly after break time and meetings, and stocked throughout the day • Monitoring stock of cleaning and maintenance supplies So, if you're looking to become part of a world-class team, where your hard work and skill are appreciated, and you thrive on tackling new challenges every day, we want to hear from you! This is a non-exempt (hourly) position, Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We are located in Cerritos, CA.
