At CCP we specialize in high quality compounded medications, which are customized to offer solutions when commercially available products do not fit our customers' needs. We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic to join our team at our main office in Lake Oswego, OR as a full-time Pharmacy Lab Clerk. This individual may also support our Fulfillment Department. This is an entry-level opportunity to start a career in the Pharmacy field. The main tasks of this position include assisting the Lab Technicians (both compounders and prescription fillers) with general housekeeping duties, such as dishes, hood cleanup, laundry, and general lab cleaning and maintenance. Independent self-starters will excel in this role. The Pharmacy Lab Clerk is also responsible for monitoring the storage and inventory of medications and supplies. General tasks will also be assigned, as needed. Requirements: Reliability in terms of attendance (excepting protected leave taken) and performance A strong interest in a pharmacy or lab career path Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with employees at all levels Ability to follow detailed directions, both verbal and written A teamwork orientation and a desire to support others is crucial Must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask Organization skills and efficiency in performing work Typical Physical Demands: The majority of the work period in the Lab is spent standing or walking. Bending, lifting, carrying, and reaching are also necessary. May require lifting of up to 50 pounds.
