MEDFORD, MA — A renowned jazz drummer and Medford resident made Boston Magazine's 2020 "Best of Boston" list. Terri Lyne Carrington, a Berklee professor and Grammy-winning bandleader, was awarded "Best Local Album" for her album, Waiting Game. Boston Magazine says Carrington "excels at anything she touches" and calls Waiting Game "one of the most astonishing albums ever released by a Boston musician. The annual "Best Of" awards recognize the best from Boston, the suburbs and the Cape and Islands.
