Need a handyman for a one day job to do the following work in apartment unit: - paint any area that needs touch up or had a patch done (not much) - install shower rod - install shower head - remove screws from walls and fill holes + sand. (Not much) - reinstall vent cover in ceiling/clean vent covers. - general cleaning when finished (shouldn’t be much) *** if possible, patch/repair leak damage above master bedroom toilet on ceiling ( about 6x6 inch area) ** The only issue here is that there is no electricity in the unit so all work will need to be completed using battery powered tools.
