Seeking a team-player with weekend and night availabity. Reliable transportation a must due to public transit may not be running for the late shift. "Part-time" DISHWASHER OVERVIEW ($12.00 per hour): Properly wash all wares including pots, pans, flatware and glasses by hand or using a dishwasher. Correctly dry and store equipment in assigned storage areas. May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking as directed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Organize and sanitize kitchen floors, prep areas, storerooms and walk-ins clean SECONDARY FUNCTIONS · Maintain all par levels as designated by Chef · Operating and maintaining all equipment / tools · Flexible to work within any area of Food & Beverage · Perform other duties as assigned by Management PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: · Meet all regulations pertaining to health, safety and personal hygiene in accordance with City, State, and Federal laws · Comply with Company / Department policies, including attendance, smoke breaks and cell phone usage. · Must not present a direct threat to health, safety or the welfare of fellow employees or others · Treat all guests, vendors and employees with courtesy, respect, fairness and consistency · Professional in appearance, grooming and behavior · Practice proper food handling and sanitation · Ability to interpret and complete all communications received and submitted · Respond in a timely manner to all guests and employees · Report to the Supervisor any broken or non-working equipment MACHINE / EQUIPMENT / TOOLS USED: Dishwasher, food processor, steamers, ovens, microwave, knives, heat lamp, broilers, proof box, pot and pan sink, meat slicer, mixers, steam table, alto sham, fryolators, can opener, pots / pans, stoves, salamanders, hot box, potato peeler, buffalo chopper and other SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Fire extinguisher and rubber gloves QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE: · None required WORKING CONDITIONS: · Potential exposure to outdoor / indoor elements and air conditioning / heat · Walking, climbing, squatting, stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching · Continuous motion without sitting (minimum of 2 hours) · Occasional lifting (minimum of 25lbs.) · Exposure to various cleaning solutions and sanitizers · Flexible work schedule · Overtime work on “as needed” basis WE OFFER: * Competitive Salary * 401k * Great opportunity for growth and advancement * Fun and challenging work environment Applications are located in the Poker Room at the Security Podium.
