Assist building unusual Tower like shed three stories tall using unusual welded tube and unconventional five quarter lumber frame material. Welding not required, but helpful OTHER WORK IF YOU ARE CAPABLE (first items first) * $50 to replace control section on mini split outdoor heat pump unit working on a ladder (it's 12 foot up, on the wall). BOSS OWNED/OPERATED INDIANA HVAC CO 32 YRS * Install new light and power circuits to the new sub panel in the three-story shed. * Some PEX Plumbing to change the water source for two bathrooms POSSIBLE FUTURE WORK * Change oil and filter on minivan. * Convert garage to bed and bathroom (the 2nd time/done before). * Installing laminate floor in hall/foyer between bedrooms. * BID Pole structure car-port for solar roof to become (later) 2-story man-cave * Convert Indiana house garage to 2 bed and bathroom rental units # I never run out of work for a good worker who wants to work *No drug addicts or sex offender history.
