heal + hang: Mommy and Me is a journaling workshop and arts + crafts event for mothers and daughters. heal + hang is back once again and this time, we're showing love to mothers and daughters! heal + hang: Mommy and Me is a journaling workshop and arts + crafts event co-hosted by Wellness Practitioner, Audreyonna Sequale and New Jersey doula + founder of We Are Karasi, Angelica Marie. Mothers and daughters will spend time together in an environment that allows them to get to know each other as complete human beings, no matter how young or old. With Audreyonna Sequale, our moms and daughters will have the opportunity to explore their relationship and themselves through custom curated journal prompts. After we end our journaling session, we'll be led into an arts + crafts workshop with Angelica Marie. We'll be creating our very own affirmation jars to fill with sweet, words of encouragement from mom to daughter. This event is for mother figures and daughters of all ages!
