An event where Entrepreneurs of Color can gain exposure for their business/nonprofit, obtain resources from local organization, and network. Itinerary for Sunday, June 26,2022: 9:30 -10:45am.......Vendor Set up10:20 - 10:45am....Resource Organizations Set up11:00 - 11:45am... Mixer12:00 - 4:00pm......Vending3:45 - 4:00pm........Drawings4:00 - 5:30pm........Vendor Breakdown ENTREPRENEURS & NONPROFIT LEADERS OF COLOR Join us for: Selling your products and/or handing out information about your business LunchConnect with local resources that can help you and your businessA chance of winning $500.00 $500.00 Drawing Instructions: Invite as many people as you can to come to the Pop-Up Shop and vote for your business.All shoppers who show up to the Pop-Up Shop will receive 3 tickets to vote for their favorite small business between 12 and 3:45pm.One business owner will be chosen to win the $500 prize. The winner must fill out a W9 form and send an invoice to the ColorBold Business Association by June 28, 2022, at 12pm cst. If winner fails to honor all guidelines, another business will be drawn for the prize. Check to be mailed by July 5, 2022.* Vendor fee will include an 8 foot table, table cloth, and 2 chairs. **Food and beverage businesses can only sell items that have been prepackaged in sealed packaging or containers. ***Set up time is from 9:30 am – 10:45am. All vendors must be checked in no later than 10:15 am and set up must be completed by10:45am. Vendors that do not adhere to set up guidelines will not be allowed to participate. ****All vendors are required to stay set up the duration of the event. *****Submitted registration and payments does not guarantee a vendor spot. ColorBold reserves the right to decline any registration. An acknowledgement email will be sent to confirm all accepted vendors. Vendors that are not accepted will receive a refund excluding the Eventbrite fee. Accepted registrations and fees are final. Spots are limited. ******No show or tardiness forfeits the vendor fee. *******If you will need electricity, please select the appropriate "Electricity fee" ticket ********If you prefer to pay the $20 (registration fee and $75 electricity fee) by check, please click “Tickets” and select the “Free” option for your category. RESOURCE ORGANIZATIONS: Join us for: Time to speak directly to 30 – 50 Entrepreneurs/ Nonprofit leaders of Color during the MixerLunchVisibility and promotional opportunity for your organization*Resource Organization arrival time is 10:00am – 10:20am. All organizations must arrive no later than 10:20am. **Resource Organizations will not have a booth. The mixer portion will be in an auditorium set up. You will have the undivided attention of 30 - 50 entrepreneurs/nonprofit leaders of color to share about your organization. Bring handouts and/or swag. All resource partners’ information will be combined into a packet format. ***Submitted registration and payments does not guarantee a spot. ColorBold reserves the right to decline any registration. An acknowledgement email will be sent to confirm all accepted resource organizations. Organizations that are not accepted will receive a refund excluding the Eventbrite fee.
