Together For Mental Health You are not alone! Come hear from mental health workers on how to access support and resources. Together For Mental Health You are not alone! The 2022 Mental Health Awareness Conference brings together 11 dynamic mental health professionals to share knowledge, resources, and supports for families looking to learn more about youth mental health. Our 11 curated break-out sessions include topics from general wellness practices to targeted supports. A full list is provided below. The hope is that all attendees will gain a deeper understanding of mental health resources in our community, a knowledge of how to access those resources, and the belief that they are not alone in their mental health journey. We will be able to run 3 rotations for the night, so each attendee will be able to choose a few sessions to attend. We will also be providing a resource list to all attendees and access to a selection of resources on each topic covered in our conference. We have asked speakers to provide digital copies of their resources and presentations (if appliable) and these will be made available on the conference webpage: http://mhac.arundel.cc
