COMMACK, NY — Election Day is here. If you haven't already voted early, you may be getting ready to head to the polls. In Suffolk County, voters will decide the Suffolk County Executive and Suffolk County Legislature. In the Town of Huntington, voters will elect two Town Council members, clerk and receiver of taxes, while in the Town of Smithtown, voters will elect two Town Council members and receiver of taxes. Here's what you need to know for Election Day: Suffolk County Executive: Democratic incumbent Steven Bellone is facing Republican challenger John M. Kennedy Jr. and Libertarian challenger Gregory-John Fischer. Legislative District 12: Republican incumbent Leslie A. Kennedy is facing Democratic challenger Margot Rosenthal. Legislative District 13: Republican incumbent Robert Trotta is facing Democratic challenger Janet Singer. Legislative District 16: Democratic incumbent Susan Berland is facing Republican challenger Hector Gavilla.
