Empowered Fit Spring 2022
This dynamic movement series will be yoga-focused for our Spring 2022 sessions. Join Leah Prost, 200-hour RYT, for a blended flow of Yin and Vinyasa yogas.
Yin Yoga is slower paced and targets your deep connective tissues. It will help you stretch and lengthen your rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe and sit in your thoughts.
Vinyasa yoga is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move seamlessly from one pose to another using your breath.
