Join the Baltimore Spartans for a Euchre Tournament at Southern Provisions! Register now to join the round-robin style Euchre Tournament. No partner is necessary. Play multiple rounds of Euchre and meet other Mid-West transplants. Need a refresher on the rules? https://bicyclecards.com/how-to-play/euchre/ Tournament Rules: For each game, there will be 8 hands dealt. The deal will go around the table twice, with each player getting two chances to deal. To keep things moving along, we will play "stick the dealer" and force the dealer to call trump if it is not called by any of the other players. At the end of each hand, points are marked on the score sheet. Each block on the sheet needs to be filled in. The team that has the highest number of points at the end of eight hands will move up one table (for example from table 2 to table 3). The losing team stays at the same table, but one player will move over to the next seat. This means the partners from one game will not be partners in the next one. The two winners that moved up from the last table will then sit down. If two players have played together in a prior round, they should not play together a second time. Each player keeps his own score. At the end of the tournament, all scores are totaled up.
