Meet Scarlett, a very friendly and affectionate tuxedo cat, 1-2 years old.  She was rescued from the basement of a NYCHA building in the Bronx, where her future was dim.  She and several other friendly cats were dumped there.  She is a little lady with a cute white spot on her nose.  She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for FIV and FeLV.  Scarlett is an all around great cat.  In addition to being a total lovebug, she loves to play and gets along well with other cats.  Please give her the forever home that she deserves.  The adoption process includes a meet and greet, questionnaire, and video home check.   The fee is $100.  See more of Scarlett on Instagram @purrfect_cats_nyc.
