Ladies, join us on May 20th to learn the basics of self protection at Nick Cerio's Kenpo Karate located in Bellingham. We'll discuss common strategies that every woman should know to protect herself in the event you ever find yourself in a compromising position. This event is a no cost event. This event has LIMITED SEATING in person. However, as we know there will be a lot of demand to attend, we will share a zoom link on our Facebook page on the evening of the event for those who want to join us virtually. We know our in person event will fill up fast and we ask that if you cannot make this event, please cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before the event to make room for someone on the wait list to take your spot.
