In this 90 minute class, your Wine Educator will walk you through pairing 5 Hardwick Winery wines and 5 mini cheesecakes from Moeshmallows. During this 90 minute experience, Wine Educator Missa Capozzo (CSW, WSET3, FWS) will present 5 wines within the Hardwick Winery portfolio made with hybrid grapes paired with 5 mini cheesecakes, both sweet and savory, from Moeshmallows of Holden, MA. Each registration includes a flight of 5 wines (3 ounces each) and perfectly paired mini cheesecakes, as well as various demonstrations in the basics of wine and food pairing. This is a 21+ event.
