Workshops will not be recorded, or available over Zoom* WORKSHOP DETAILS: The Naturopathic Physical Self-Exam In a fully embodied state you will be guided through an experiential self-assessment of the health & vitality of your body’s organs and organ systems, metabolism, physiology, anatomical structures, energy, pain, strength and more. The physical self-exam is an embodied, present moment experience of being kind and caring to our body. We will lovingly experience the symptoms and sensations of our body, dispel anxiety and confusion about our health, and engage the mystery and miracle that we call body.
