Customer service - You will be answering customer service calls and assisting them with any issues or problems they may have until satisfied. 2. QA - Listening to sales calls and grading them on our QA Audit forms 3. Welcome Callers - Calling up recently enrolled customers and welcoming them to Atlantic Energy!
