Property management company seeks helper for property maintenance in the Miami Beach area. Candidate should have knowledge or experience with cleaning, and preferably some experience with general repairs, maintenance and/or painting. I can train if you do not have any experience, but only if you are fast, detail oriented and have good organizational skills. This is NOT a housekeeping position. Position involves a lot of manual labor/heavy lifting. Initially you will have to work in 2 different locations, in Hollywood Hills 2 days of the week and in Miami Beach 3 days of the week. We usually work 5 to 9 hours per day starting at 9am. Salary depends on experience ($18 to $23 per hour). Only $17 per hour for the first week of training.
