We ensure and consistently strive to provide units in the best of condition, to provide the most pleasurable experience during their stay. Job Description: - Ordering, maintaining and keeping of all cleaning supply and linen inventory - Managing, Hiring, and interviewing cleaning staff, while also supervising and up keeping a high cleaning standard. Unit inspections are required. - Ensuring all automated messages are being sent the day before check in. - Reporting any defects or addressing any maintenance issues that may be reported during cleanings - Registering all guests minimum 24 hours prior to check in, in accordance to building policies. - Communicating with guests via channel manager throughout the shift, ensuring a pleasurable experience. - Conduct meetings with cleaners - Schedule any Pool/Jacuzzi cleanings landscaping trash pick up for all the residential homes - Ability to practice customer service excellence and consistently called back my customers for referrals - Calling guests when needed, assist with anything they may need during their stay - Ability to Used "down-time" wisely. - Take pride in meeting new challenges and excelling to above average results - Following up with previous guests in order to get 5 star ratings.
