Whitefish Marine is accepting applications for employment within our Boat Rental Department for Whitefish Lake. We are Montana’s fastest growing marine dealer featuring luxury powerboats, both new and used inventory, boat and snowmobile rentals, an extensive pro shop and a full service department. We are seeking up to 10 individuals to work as Boat and Dock Attendants on Whitefish Lake. Minimum Qualifications: Previous boat and trailering experience strongly preferred but not required Must have a strong work ethic with exceptional problem solving skills Professional, responsible, flexible, friendly, enthusiastic, team player Must be able to take charge in difficult or stressful situations Addressing boat damage and charging customers on-site Must have valid drivers license Must obtain CPR certifications A complete background check may be required Responsibilities : Uncover and detail boats daily (Wipe down interior, remove garbage, vacuum, clean windshield, etc.) Review upcoming reservations and add appropriate rental gear and accessories Drive boats on the water or trailer them to meet rental customers Greet customers and assist with placing bags and coolers on the boat Perform thorough orientation to familiarize the client with the boat Inform customers of rental policies and liability of damage Receive boats and inspect for damages Drive back to secure storage facilities and docks Seasonal from Early May - Late September with possibility to become year round in other departments Full time : Approximately 32 - 40 hours per week Compensation: Starting at $13/hour plus tips
