The City of West Sacramento recently completed construction on the West Capitol Safety Enhancement and Road Rehabilitation Project, which extends from the Yolo Causeway Bike Trail to Jefferson Boulevard. Take a guided bike tour of the new bike facilities and learn about what it took to complete this monumental project. Saturday, May 7 at 4:00PM The bike tour will be led by West Capitol Avenue project team members from the City of West Sacramento, Mark Thomas, and UNICO. Bike Tour Agenda 4:00PM - MEET AT DRAKE'S: THE BARN. Drake's is located at 985 Riverfront Street in West Sacramento. Limited street parking is available. 4:15PM - BEGIN BIKE TOUR.
