CLASS is 45 Minutes Move, Breathe and Stretch for 35 minutes, ending with a mindful meditation This Mother's Day, bring your Mom, Bring a friend, or just bring YOURSELF. Each ticket comes with a fresh Tap Bright Eye Beer or Kombucha. Tickets are non-refundable, but can be used towards another NY Fit Fest event in the future. Must be 21 or older to drink. Any age can take the class. Yoga mat or towel is suggested. Masks are not required.
