Learn how to make Fish Tacos with Chef David. (SHARON GREEN RESIDENTS ONLY) Join us for a Cinco de Mayo celebration as we learn how to both roast and pan fry fish for a crowd. Chef David will demonstrate homemade pico do Gallo, his onion-y cilantro sauce, pickled onions, and a crunchy spiced cabbage slaw. Enjoy a Mexican cerveza and our delicious fish taco bar.
