How about we charge the parents of the eight year old for all the stolen merchandise and personal property along with the number of police hours that are put into the nonsense including overtime. And then also charge the parents for all the stolen goods of the siblings too. It doesn't matter if one of the parents works nights. This is a learned behavior. The parents should have put an end to it after the very first time it occurred. Make them accountable. This is just the beginning of a life of crime and it would be ridiculous and negligent if it wasn't stopped NOW. It was a bag of chips yesterday, an assault and stolen bike today, and it will turn into a senseless shooting tomorrow. Parents need to step up and DO THEIR JOB and teach their children right.
