All those examples you mention would be gross violations of the first amendment's separation clause--you know: The one which was so damned important they put it as the very first line of the very first amendment of the Bill of Rights. By the way--NO ONE has curtailed your right to praying in those situations. That is just a bogus whine of phony victim-hood to fool the simpletons. The limitation is that the prayer cannot be government (or government proxy) sponsored. Any kid can pray 500 times a day in public school if they want--as long as they are not disrupting others in the process.
