We will be making home-made Pappardelle with Roasted Asparagus, Peas, Artichoke Hearts, Fresh Dill, Arugula and Basil Pesto. Finished off Crispy Pancetta and Toasted Pignoli nuts, lots of Pecorino Romano and fresh cracked black pepper.
