Local wine tasting hosted by the Sonoma Valley Woman's Club. Members please bring guests(Donation suggested) Winery: Gust Wines Welcome to Sonoma Valley Woman's Club monthly Wine Tasting. We are a nonprofit women's social club on a mission to connect and support all women in Sonoma Valley, while creating a positive impact in our community. We invite all women and visitors from Sonoma Valley to come, meet and connect with other women in our community over a glass of wine. The event will be held in the clubhouse of our historic Clubhouse. Each tasting will be sponsored by a locally owned female winery. Can't wait to see you there! Must be 21+ to attend. Hilary and Megan will be pouring Gust Pinot noir and Chardonnay this evening discussing the fruits of their labor. Gust was started by second generation Cline sisters, Megan and Hilary in 2017, with the goal of making the best wines possible from California’s most exciting AVA: the Petaluma Gap. Defined by its unique wind and fog conditions and their effect on the vines, the Petaluma Gap was designated on December 7, 2018 as an American Viticultural Area, producing premium grapes that make it one of California’s best areas for growing Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Syrah. With access to the best sites within the AVA the Cline sisters along with winemaker Tom Gendall, knew they could create something special. Besides paying homage to the winds of the Petaluma Gap, Gust also represents the energy of the second-generation: a breath of fresh air.
