Learn how to help the kids in your lives! PermiaCare will be having a Youth Mental Health First Aid training on May 26th. This is a great training for individuals who interact with adolescents, 12-18 years old, to learn how to identify, understand, and respond to signs and symptoms of mental illness or crisis. This training provides tools and resources to be able to provide initial help, intervene in a crisis, and connect with appropriate professional help. We will be providing lunch and all materials needed to all participants. In honor of Mental Health Awareness month, all trainings in May will be free.
