Dreaming of buying your first home? Join the Urban League of Philadelphia for one of our First Time Home buyer webinars. ATTENTION: THIS IS AN IN-PERSON SESSION We are currently testing our capacity to safely offer in -person options for our clients. This will be our return to live group sessions. If you are looking for a a live webinar, please consider signing up for one of the other sessions we will be conducting during the month of May (7th, 14th, 28th) Face coverings are encouraged, recommended for people who have been vaccinated against COVID19. The Urban League of Philadelphia follows the recommendations and guidance provided by the CDC, State, and Federal Government. Our speakers will include a lending officer, realtor, home inspector and home insurance representative. This workshop is part 1 of a 2-part counseling certification. Among other topics, we will be discussing Down Payment Assistance Programs available to First Time Home buyers.
