ArtFlow by Artspace111 presents Move with Morgan on Thursdays April 21st and 28th, 2022! Join us for yoga in the Contemporary Art Gallery Location: 111 Hampton St. Fort Worth TX 76102 Artflow by Artspace111 is back for 2022! We are so excited to announce another year of yoga in our historic building and sculpture gardens in Downtown Fort Worth. Artflow is the fitness initiative of the Contemporary Art Gallery Artspace111, located near Downtown Fort Worth. Once a month, Artflow holds a yoga class taught by the 500 hour registered yoga instructor and Fort Worth native Morgan Jackson. Classes are held outside in the sculpture gardens of the gallery or inside in the large gallery if it rains. We will be holding TWO classes for the month of April! $20/person- you can register here on Eventbrite, or pay with cash or Venmo when you arrive. Classes are BYOM (Bring your own mat). Bring blocks or straps if you include them in your normal practice. Don't forget to wear loose comfortable clothing and sunblock. Class is designed for everyone!
