Cute porch off the back deck which can fit a grill and a few chairs as well a backyard with plenty of room to BBQ and enjoy a nice evening by the fire pit. There is a coin op washer and drier in the building, but you are also a short walk from a laundromat. Landlord very responsive and has a local handyman on call if anything needs attention. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Medford Square and a 20 minute walk to the middle of Tufts University. There is a bus stop for route 96 one block away which connects to Davis and Harvard Squares. There is also a new bagel place which has opened a block away and you are less than 10 min walk to Whole Foods. The place is also located a block south of the Mystic River and there is an area just over the river where you can rent kayaks in the summer and there is a farmers market every Thursday evening. The landlord will allow ONE PET.
