My name is Justin White CLU® and I own the insurance firm, Senior Health Services. I have been in the business for over 20 years and we are one of the largest local Medicare insurance brokerages in Houston. We work with senior citizens and help them understand and navigate Medicare. Our home office is located in Tomball and we maintain an A+ rating with the BBB. I am looking for serious candidates who are looking for a career change. Most people come to insurance from another career (I did). I started in my mid-30s and was at a low ebb in my life when I found insurance. The insurance business was something I had heard about and when I discovered that I enjoyed it, it literally changed my life. The right candidates are outgoing and enjoy people (especially seniors), are honest, hard working, desire schedule flexibility, want freedom, desire to make a higher income and are at a point in their lives/careers where they need to do something else. I prefer people who are not currently in insurance or those in insurance who are not in Medicare. If you are currently working in Medicare, I’d prefer you have been in the business less than 3 years and have come to realize you are not in the right place. For people licensed longer than 3 years and in Medicare, please give me a call to visit. Again, I am interest primarily in trainable people who are new to the industry. Should we decide to work together, candidates will be field trained, classroom trained, webinar trained and have access to local people in town who can help you get going. We do not train from afar. We are a close knit organization who work hard and play hard. We are not “Ra Ra” at all. It is about sharing and training what really works (no fluff) and helping you get there. It is common for new agents to be in 6-figure income range in the second year. We welcome people who want to work as individual brokers and those who desire to build an agency. Medicare is not hard. It is hard work, but it is not difficult work. We will be brutally honest with you as to how it works so you can clearly see what this career looks like. Few things you need to know: 1. Pay is commission-based with a generous, passive renewal stream 2. All contracts are direct with carriers (we are NOT LOA) 3. You own your book of business from Day #1 4.
