This is an entry level, on-the-job training, temp-to-hire (after 90 days) opportunity that you do not want to miss. Compensation: Earn up to $17.50 /hour Work Schedule: - 1st shift (6:15am-2:15pm or 7:15am-3:15pm) $17.00/hr total earnings (base+bonus) - 2nd shift (2:15pm-10:15pm or 3:15pm-11:15pm) $17.50/hr total earnings (base+bonus) - 3rd shift (10:15pm-6:15am or 11:15pm-7:15am) $17.50/hr total earnings (base+bonus) *Must be available for Overtime during the week and possible weekends What is a typical day? - Operating assembly machinery and assembling components - Support fabrication, assembly, and fit of product - Identifying opportunities for improvement including ways to optimize assembly Bonuses -Perfect attendance (no tardies or absences for the work week)- Weekly $0.50/regular hour worked, $0.75/OT hour -Additional Temporary Bonuses- $1.00/regular hour worked; $1.50/OT hour worked -10 Paid Holidays (After 45 days of Perfect Attendance, must work day prior and after holiday) -Referral Bonus up to $1000 per referred employee -Retention Bonuses up to $1,000! $200 after 30 days, $400 after 90 days and $400 after 120 days -Safety shoe reimbursement up to $50 with receipt after 30 days Why Kelly?
