The Survivor Series will be open to teams of 2 Competitors this year with divisions of :

Clean & Jerk Ladder:
Complete then proceed to next barbell. Repeat until you cannot finish lift in the allotted time. Your score will be your max and your partner's max added together.
Workout #2: MURPH

200 Pushups
300 Air squats

Scaled Teams:
Run/walk 1 Mile (together)
